History
• Leona is the middle child of three, with two brothers, Kyle and Bradley.
• Leona has been singing since she could talk, but really started to hone her talent when she enrolled at Sylvia Young and then the Brits Academy.
• At the age of 13, Leona entered the Lady D under-18 talent show at the Hackney Empire, and won.
• Leona has taken part in many talent competitions, shows and acoustic gigs with her major performances including The Hackney Empire.
• Although Leona’s big passion is singing she is also a keen dancer and actor.
• Leona is currently in a relationship with Lou (21). They’ve been together four years, but have lived on the same street since they were both ten.
• Leona has another passion, which is her pet rotweiller ‘Rome’.
• Leona was crowned the first female victor of the X-Factor on Saturday, the 16th of December, 2006.

leona if i meet can u teach me how 2 sing. i can sing the song u sang on the x factor summertime really gd but i want 2 sing really gd 2 other songs aswell. xx

i have a passion for singing, i sing wen i wake up, wen i am in skl, wen i am on da fone, b4 i go bed, in the bath. well u get me. but i have always been to shy to sint infront of people. if i had a chance to meet u i wud jump at it. i cant wait til u have a concert i will be there shouting your name. unlike u i am not the middle child of the but i am the third child of 4 and the only girl. xx xx xx
