The Story So Far…
• Leona auditioned in London singing ‘Over The Rainbow’ by Eva Cassidy. All three Judges were impressed with the performance, with Simon saying “she looked terrific and when it was good it was great.” Louis agreed saying “she was the whole package.” Simon, Sharon and Louis all sent Leona to Bootcamp.
• On the first day of Bootcamp Leona sang ‘I Have Nothing’ by Whitney Houston. Simon and Sinitta both agreed that she was terrific and looked like a star.
• For the final challenge Leona sang ‘Hero’ by Mariah Carey. Simon said “I love her control, she’s just amazing, only worry is that she’s a British girl that wants to sound American.”
• At Simon’s Judges Houses Leona sang ‘You Light Up My Life’ by Whitney Houston and ‘Without You’ by Mariah Carey.

I loved Leona since the day she auditioned and I idolise her. She has a beautiful unique voice and I hope she does well in the future.
